How do I stop being a lazy eater? I work out consistently, but eating is such a chore.

They eat high calorie, but low nutrient meals or snacks e.g cakes, fast food, candies, i.e desserts as or before meals. The caloric intake is high, but their hunger isn't actually sated.

Hypothyroidism and low metabolism make eating infrequent and high serotonin suppresses appetite.

Ugly, unstructured fat and water accumulates during periods of low metabolic rate usually when the diet is high in polyunsaturated fat, nutritional deficiencies are numerous, and there is a high ratio of estrogens to hormones which oppose its actions.

Pleasant, healthier fat such as feminine curves and the bare minimum to prevent a gaunt, deathly appearance in men should grow gradually out of maintaining healthy hormone ratios and high levels of energy so that fats that can be used for structure are used for that purpose and fats which are unsuitable are more quickly disposed of. De novo lipogenesis is possibly the process which maximizes the creation of fats which can be purposefully used in a harmonious way, because when the organism wants to make something, perhaps it needs to use it.

food is designed to taste good but unless your calories are not in equilibrium, you will gain or lose weight.

im with you op, ive never understood how people can be fat.

<<eat frequent, small, clean meals combined with 1:1 calisthenics to cardio and you will be a greek god aesthetic.
