I was wondering if any of you /fit/izens could give me a hand on the subject. I have read online about it for quite some time now, but I find that a lot of the sources give differing info.

Given the fact that I've done an oral-only cycle years ago that a friend set up for me, I have now decided to do an oral-IM cycle.

What I am wondering about is:

Depending on the length of the cycle, I will do Test Cyp + Dbol and Nolvadex as PCT.

I'll post the cycle I did last year. I was a noob and decided to cycle on a cut. Which isn't the *most* retarded thing, but it was retarded because I had NO discipline and I barely lost any weight. Eventually after 4 months I developed horrible (HORRIBLE) bacne and shoulder acne and had to stop cold turkey.

armie (arimidex) 0.5mg e3d - don't go higher than this, I nuked my estro at first and my bones were creaky my ENTIRE time on cycle. I also felt extremely suicidal.

I also did accutante for like 2 weeks at 20mg every other day. It dried me the fuck out and one day I went swimming and used the hot tub afterwards. I was peeling for a WEEK afterwards and my skin felt like it was being scraped by needles.

On cycle I would suggest you UP carbs and SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE fat. Since your are using exogenous hormones you don't need fat (which is usually required for your natural test production).

Your testes WILL shrink and they will not grow back to full size for ~6 months to a year afterwards (although normal test production will come a little earlier). Keep in mind every cycle you do permanently reduces your natural test levels afterwards.

In my opinion, the way to do it is cut to ottermode and just do TrT doses of test (like 50mg a week, although honestly, you might as well do 250mg a week). Don't become a mass monster because 1. you never will achieve the mass you thought you could; it requires tens of thousands of dollars worth of growth hormone and insulin; i.e. a professional will only become a mass monster. In fact, don't even expect to look like zyzz.

I would not recommend steroids. Anyone who is good enough to handle them would be better off not being so vain anyways and just settling down with a good wife instead of some instagram-gym whore.

Appreciate the tip, bro. I am not overweight, nor do I have problems with hair loss/acne. I am 30+, so I know that I won't become the next Zyzz. I also already have a wife, so I am not doing this for some gym-whore - it is for myself.

Do you have a source (mind, I am not calling you a liar) on the fact that every cycle lowers test levels after completion?
