Hey /fit/ I used to lift 4-5 days a week and was 195 lbs with 34 inch waist. Now I can only do prison style workouts with sandbags and other ghetto type shit. But mostly I do very high rep push ups, sit ups, squats, chin ups, etc. With some gymnastic style training thrown in here and there. And I do about 30-90 mins of cardio 6 days a week. So right now I am 211 lbs with a 32 inch waist. Last time I lifted was in April.

So my body responds better to bodyweight training apparently than weights. Which shouldn't make too much sense. But before I did 8 reps max at the gym.

But people say you cannot build muscle with bodyweight exercises or very high rep (20 reps or more). Yet seems like I did.
