In my quest to work with my personal weaknesses, I've come across some advice to look into adaptogens.

The particular herbs of interest that contain adaptogens, are as thus:

>Licorice Root

>Ginseng

>Ashwagandha

>Tulsi/Holy Basil

>Turkey Tail

so far the easiest of these to get seem to be Licorice and Ginseng. I like licorice (but not enough to gorge it) so I was wondering what's some /fit/-tier licorice. Altnertively, what's your opinion on adaptogens?
