when I was on summer vacation after 7th grade my diet was basically a 40 pack of pizza rolls everyday, pepsi, and bread + marinara sauce. I went from 130lbs at 5'10 to 185lbs over that summer. I didnt even notice the transformation. I could have gotten so much adolescent pussy because I was working out then too and I was a beefcake and had girls feeling me up.

Too bad, autism. A decade later im still a virgin. Thanks for nothing, pizza rolls.

I strong lifted from 21-27. Now I just do an A & B workout 3x a week and keep my calories under 2500 and I can eat whatever I want, just not as MUCH as I want.

245 bench for 5 reps is all I remember. Then I lifted for aesthetics, then I took a two year break cause relationship with a fat girl, now I'm just lifting to build muscle endurance to slow the aging. Me currently @ 31yo
