With juice, you lose. Literally, you lose the nutrients found in the rest of the fruit, just eat the whole fruit and you'll likely be fine. That's all there's to it.

Just squeeze your own juice, the ones you buy in the market are just full of sugar (rather snort coke than drink that nasty unnatural sugar). I squeeze one lemon and one orange mix it and drink it. Even better just eat them.
