So this year I decided to go back to the gym. First try did 30min on the stationary bicycle and stretched on my own. I lost 5kg, lot of tummy went away in just 2 weeks.
But after that my bad knee was hurting so I stopped. I wanted to keep going but didn't know how to do it having a massive fear of further injuring myself.
So I got a great guy to be my trainer. I'm lifting pretty heavy now, changed my diet 180º and lost even more weight AND gained muscle after 3 months of going at it. My trainer is the best and he's very demanding which I really enjoy.
The weird thing that's happened is that now that I lift I don't feel like fapping nearly as often as I used to. I just don't feel the need like before. It's just incredible. I used to fap every day and nothing would stop me. Tried nofap, quitted after 2 months. And now I just don't want to? Is this normal?
