That's pretty good anon, except for a couple of points. Firstly, you only listed nine items when you specifically mentioned limiting the contents of your fridge to ten. Although I realise your final point of choosing between beans or lentils would make the tenth item you really should have made a bullet point in your list of items reflecting this, to keep within the format of your post. I would also like to highlight that you capitalised Avocados, but nothing else. While I am a huge fan of Avocados, I do question whether or not this sole instance of capitalising an item on your list throws out the format integrity. Perhaps you should have, either, capitalised every item, or not capitalised Avocados.
And keeping your oats in the fridge? What like, just a sealed container of dry oats in the fridge? That seems silly to me. Oats keep perfectly well in cool dry places at room temperature, but I understand if you like to soak them overnight in milk before heating and serving them for breakfast. If this was the case you should have made it more clearly.
Why frozen berries? Not trying to disparage your choice here, I would genuinely like to know your reasoning. Personally, I go fresh every time.
Anyways lad, I would recommend something like this
>stick of butter
>stick of butter
>eggs
>(lean) beef
>carrots
>avocados
>stick of butter
>white wine (sav blanc for patricians)
>tomatos
>mushrooms
