Niggas, I have a doubt.

I'm fasting, but I do not know.

If the belly does not change measures (I measure the belly with a meter tailor) but it shows the belly more flab, the parts with fat are more loose and less hard, the skin of the belly as it is more loose, but still there is no change of measures.

Is it a real change or is it a placebo?

I think it's real.

I'm 17% bodyfat.

All you literally have to do if you are that desperate is eat fat free or extremely low fat foods such as 0% milk, leafy greens, sweet fruits, and roots/tubers such as potatoes or sweet potatoes. Your body will continue the normal metabolism of protein and carbs that way and subsequently become strongly inclined to use fat from storage, because that's the only easy place to get it. You stop eating completely and everything slows down. It's easier if you keep the engines running on different fuel.
