I'm not hungry and food is unsatisfying. I can't afford to keep fasting and skipping meals though, I'm a fucking skeleton. Every time I get into a good swing, I'm working out for over a month, I put on a good 5-10 lbs, and then I just stop wanting to eat and lose it all. Every fucking time.

Remove emotion from food. Eat regardless of desire to eat. Eat to an alarm if you must. Track calories. It makes the goals more tangible. If I don't track calories I give up within a week. Every time you fall off the horse you simply get back on. No emotion, no thinking about why, you just start again. I fucking hate eating all the time, I don't enjoy prepping food or thinknig about food 3-6 times a day but I don't want to be a coat hanger so I switch off the emotional whinging and just fucking eat every few hours.

Prep your food in advance. Always have something on hand that is ready to eat. Then you have no excuse if you're late home or tired.

Just make the decision to eat regardless of anything else and one missed meal is not the end. You start again immediately every time.

Americans have at this point warped body image because you have so many really fat people around. When I was objectively fat, my American acquintance said I'm normal with confused face. Your skeletor mode likely isn't true.

I'm 5'8 110. Not much into heavy lifting since I can't afford a full set of weights, so I do bodyweight+weighted backpack, and getting into running/swimming/cycling. Less a lifter, more of an athlete. I'm just tired of being smaller than the girls I want to fuck 7/10 times.

Pretty basic stuff - chicken, rice, beans, mixed veggies. Eggs, bacon, oats, and raisin bran are my breakfast go to's. I find myself eating large breakfasts and skipping until dinner or the opposite, No breakfast and larger meals through the day.

You want a sandwich? Slice up some turkey, ham, and roast beef. Next add some shredded meat to top it. Then sandwich that between two slices of meatloaf. Don't forget sliced skirt steak for a side dish. As for a drink, protein shake.

You fucking dolt. Here's what I did. Buy some whey powder and mass gainer, it doesn't have to taste good it just has to be enough that you won't gag when you consume it. Figure out your daily macro goals, and every morning just fill a container with the equivalent amount of those powders. Whenever you pass by your kitchen, make a small shake, maybe 8 fluid ounces and several spoonfulls of powder, and chug it right then and there. By the end of your eating window, make a large shake with the remainder of the powder. You can use less powder by using whole milk instead of water.

Eventually you'll be able to do this and slowly incorporate regular food back in as your caloric needs increase.
