>Eating salty foods makes you more hungry because your body has to produce more urea, but the urea helps your body regulate water better

So it would make you more hungry, but eating salty foods would theoretically make you lose weight easier water weight aside?

Get all the major minerals so you don't cause an imbalance. After salt, fruit and milk often does the trick.

So does urea burn fat or something? Not sure how this relates.

Your body produces Urea to deal with having too much salt. The Urea binds with your kidney molecules or some shit and allows your body to filter the excess salt, but the excess urea causes you to retain water better (or something like that). Anyways, as a byproduct of this reaction, your body has to use a shit ton of resources to make Urea, hence you get hungry faster because your body uses up its energy. Hence the idea of eating a high-sodium-high-water diet to burn more calories and how effective it would be.

More water retention also makes you less hungry. So that means more weight loss as well.
