Not OP but, I've fasted a couple times to cut extra weight after I've been working out. The best is to cycle it like a week or a week and a half every so often, you'll lose a ton of fat. Only real con to fasting is that you can't workout because you'll feel pretty shitty trying to. You stop feeling hungry about three days in if you go cold turkey but those 3 might be shit if you're used to carbs because your blood sugar will drop hard as hell.
