I'm cutting from 205 to 170 lbs atm and I lost 10 lbs so far but all the fatties around me won't STFU about food. Delicious food is everything while I eat like two cans of tuna, have two protein shakes and eat either half a carton of egg whites or 2 skinless flavorless chicken breast with flavorless greens like broccoli. I'm so hungry and angry. I'd rather look at foods fatties eat and dream about that instead of look at roasties. Even the ephedrine and caffeine does nothing.

For the record I was 186 lbs a few months ago but was injured for two and lost my gains and became a chubby guy again.

Is the number 170 a personal goal or a specific number you need to hit? If the number isn't important you could ease up on the diet restriction and go with something like a keto approach or a vertical diet approach in order to make the fat loss more manageable. As for the hunger, I prefer eating more and making up for the extra food and increasing the exercise volume instead. The work is harder but I prefer exhausting myself to the hunger.
