Do DB power snatches, ohp, bent press (look it up), farmer's walks (get the heaviest dbs), shrugs, russian twists with heavy db (use a decline board if they have one), front/side raises and holds, krok rows, rear delt flies, 1 arm push ups, 1 arm inverse rows (the weak ass pull ups you're talking about), 1 leg squats (with dbs if necessary), leg curls and sprints.
When it isn't heavy enough, speed it up, lower the rests, and go until you nearly puke.
