I eyeball each individual ingredient as best I can.
Yesterday's example: Giant lamb broth with rice.
5 cups o' broth beef since no lamb.
3 cups of cooked rice
3 cups of lamb meat
2 of those giant tortilla things
1613 calories apparently. Fuck

Cheat meals are retarded. Don't do them unless you enjoy being a fat shit.
If I'm cutting and I go out to eat, I'll typically just stay away from carbs because they make up most of the calories in restaurant food. No bread, no rice, no pasta, no potatoes. Steak, veggies, and salad is pretty solid.

I have a cheat meal 2 times a week. Usually a slice pizza and a beer. A (1) beer. Or a burger and a beer. Less than an entire cheat day. I tend to avoid sweets (had a scoop of ice cream on easter) so I can justify the beer.
However some people have cheat days where for 24 hrs they'll have pancakes, doritos, mountain dew, a 6 pack of beer, half a pizza and 3 big macks. Gross. Never do a cheat day binge. But allow yourself a meal to enjoy on a regular basis.

I have two cheat meals a week. I binge. Nachos with rice, a few cookies, maybe a piece of fruit. Or ice cream if the mood strikes. Never been so lean. I'll never give up my refeeds.
