I am building up a list of books for physical training and health, and this is what I have so far:

The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Performance - Jeff Volek and Stephen Phinney

Hormones and Brain Plasticity - Luis Miguel Garcia-Segura

Designing Resistance Training Programs - Steven Fleck

Starting Strength - Mark Rippetoe

Practical Programming for Strength Training - Mark Rippetoe

The Amazing Samson - Alexander Zass

The Development of Physical Power - Arthur Saxon

Sandow on Physical Training; A Study in the Perfect Type of the Human Form - Eugene Sandow

Principles of Planning Speed and Strength/Speed Endurance Training in Sports - Yuri Verkhoshansky

The Naked Warrior - Pavel Tsatsouline

Enter The Kettlebell! Strength Secret of The Soviet Supermen - Pavel Tsatsouline

Are there any others you would recommend?

I am also trying to find a pdf or ebook file of each of them in order to distribute them all together later.

Unleashing the Wild Physique - Vince Gironda

Full of great exercises that you've probably never heard of (or done properly), gives solid diet advice, outlines Gironda's training principles. Great book for an intermediate to advanced lifter. Still good for beginners, but I think the effect of how unorthodox and yet logical these methods are are lost on newbies with little to no knowledge of training and diet.

Got this from halfchan some years ago, maybe some other anons still have it too.

I can't specifically recommend anything contained in here but there're a lot of ebooks in it. I'll find away to share if there's interest.

you can read about fitness all you want but at the end of the day you'll still have to get on your knees and do the fucking exercise.

What exercise requires a person to be on their knees?

Can you really not think of a single exercise that could be on your knees? You lack imagination.

off-topic, but shamo is really a great manga. recommend to any anons that want to read what it is to overcome your own weakness, leave humanity behind and become a fucking fit martial arts killer

 No.136114

Have you read Enter The Kettlebell? Everything I've ever seen about kettlebells is pure memery. The only thing they are good for is kettlebell swings. Every other kettlebell exercise I've seen is garbage that can be done better without a kettlebell.
