What do you need to track all that bullshit for?
Just use myfitnesspal to log calories and macros

Health gainz so I can also enjoy my swole gainz without dying of a heart attack in a sauna in my early 20's.

Well the answer for me was to create a spreadsheet. Took me a few hours and it only works of u eat similar foods most of the time. Have basic ingredients on there that you can guesstimate for any meal such as chicken, beef, bread/flour, common vegetables. I rarely eat out but when I do, for example KFC I can put the chicken in, the fries can be a multiple serving of potato that I can guess based on KFC's provided nutritional data. Your calorie count will end up being thrown off so you'll have to calculate that for the days you eat out.

Do this. Everything else is broscience or hippie bull shit. If you eat a clean balanced diet you’ll get all you need.

That shit doesn't matter unless you're an Olympic athlete looking to squeeze out an extra .8% of power to beat your equally elite competition. Worrying about all that shit does you absolutely no good if you're just trying to get healthy or big, or both. Keep the macros reasonable and eat plenty of veggies and protein, that's more than enough.

Your point is well-taken, friend anon. Though I must respectfully raise a counter-point: where do you think you are? My autism will remain unsatisfied unless I have a general overview (which >>135118 works well enough even if several micros are missing) of the little things, for the devil is in the details. For one thing, I'm always looking out for one thing or another to help me feel less depressed and shitty, and one possibility is I could've been missing (or having too much of) one or more nutrients all this time. And another, after dumping MFP for Cronometer, I discovered my couple-month habit of daily 1-lb kale was raising my Vitamin K levels to >4000% RDA. I also found I've been wasting money supplementing zinc and niacin, even after breaking the tablets in half "just in case". Little things like that satisfy me even if they don't really help.
