Is there any point in actively seeking out to talk to girls? If you are attractive enough they will start the conversation, or at least give you a sign. I feel like unless they come on to you its just a waste of time (because of all the sleep you will lose crying that night like a little baby). Thoughts?

Anyways I'm 200lbs right now, goal weight is 180. I have started getting drastically more attention even just going from 210lbs → 200lbs. I can't wait until I get down to goal weight.

This they will do, however. A smile is about as confident as a woman is going to get.

A woman decides within 5 seconds of looking at you for the first time if she would like to have sex with you, just as a man does the same when he looks at a woman. They are just as appearance-fixated ("shallow") as we are, if not moreso because of their relative value in the sexual marketplace and hypergamous pickiness. But never expect a woman to initiate on you- rather, initiate on the woman, and if she isn't receptive then move on.

How do people even manage to get fat? The only time when I was fat in my life was when I was 11, my mother bought me Wendy's Baconators like twice a week and all I did was sit down and play video games. So I got chubby, had three rolls. I told her to stop buying Baconators and I slimmed down to a twig within months without even exercising.

That was 1.5 years ago. I lost 60lbs this year. Going for another 20-40lbs to shed. Believe me when I say I looked like Brad Pitt from fight club when I was 16 years old. I had everything in the bag but I was so autistic. Got depressed that working out felt like it was getting me nowhere. Stopped doing cardio and started lifting. Then I got fat and stopped lifting. Then I realized what I had done. Then I started doing cardio. Then I lost weight. Then I stopped. Then I decided to fast and lost another 20. Then I stopped fasting and started binging again. then I started doing cardio again. Now I'm feeling great.
