So I spend alot of my free time playing vidya in my room. I do proper workouts sessions as well, but recently I've been doing 20 bicep curls every time I'm searching for an online match, which could add up to 100 a day. It's between 30-40 minutes per match. I don't do this on my workout days.
So /fit/, is this bad for me because I'm not giving my arms resting time and microscopic mustle tears healing and whatnot or is it perfectly ok? I get good sleep every night and otherwise live your typical urbanite deathstyle of motorized commutes and sitting alot.
