 No.132628

Do I really need rest days if all I do in between workouts is sit on my ass and play video games?

 No.132629

not really, military dudes don't get rest days either and they don't overtrain

 No.132633

rest days are important. some of the best people do good work a day and then stop for a few days, then do one really good work day and then stop a few days. I forget what it's called but they eat really healthy while doing it so don't take rest days then eat junk.

Depends on what your routine is

But if you have to ask, you're probably not overtraining

>overtraining

No one who can't squat at least their bodyweight is in danger of the "overtraining" boogieman.

>Rest days

Nice meme.

Nobody here will even come close to overtraining.

 No.132705

Probably not as much as you're getting now but don't go nuts. Throw in some light cardio between work days and step it up from there. You'll probably know instinctively if you're overtraining.
