tl;dr I've been doing keto for months, lost most of excess fat and now I'm starving half the time from not consuming enough energy.
What should I eat? I don't really want to go back to eating lots of carbs because my mood and energy have been great.

I eat lots of it whenever its available, but most of the time I'm eating fish and egg based recipes with lots of butter because its cheap.
