Is there a way to eat healthy AND beat the Jew at his own game?

Basically, nobody here is going to realistically own a farm, so you have to buy food. I figure that if you have to buy food, you should buy it from a fast food place like Subway, that's based around healthy choices, but never get a drink from them - that's their highest profit margin. Instead make choices that work in YOUR favor.

Pic related, it's all the free toppings and sauces, and one of these guys with give you enough calories to last through a day, and occasionally you can buy two of them to get your daily iron needs

you need to grow your own edible forest

and fertilize it with your own poo that you've collected because you have no running water in your toilet.

this will allow you to grow foods with the ideal micronutrient profile for you.

Are you out of your fucking mind? 4-5lbs of chicken breasts from Kroger cost between 9-12$ That's like ~500g of protein.

You can buy loaves of bread at Wal-Mart for a fucking dollar, or make your own with yeast and time at even a fraction of that.

Grating your own block of cheese will give you about 20+ uses and all the same flavor.

And spices and herbs could last you a fucking year, not counting sauces.

Vegetables can last between a week or two with proper storage and cost you about $10 for a decent amount of basic essentials.

The healthiest, and cheapest combination I have recently been able to concoct at the Subways here is the Oven Roasted Chicken on Rye or Italian with mozzarella (or no cheese), and any other macros you need for me, it's tomato, onion, and spinach for flavor really. And that comes out at about $7.50 here in KY at pic related. Figure it out OP.

But I do like this concept. Beating the Jew at His Own Game

Healthiest pizza combos? And from where?

Shop at Aldi, buy the ingredients of food, learn to fucking cook, and bring your meal to work in a tupperware box. You will be paying under $1 per meal if you're not fucking stupid. But you sound fucking stupid, so you'll probably buy junk food at Aldi instead.

You guys missed the point. He was saying if you have to eat out, a place like Subway is one of the better options. He wasn't saying you should buy food at Subway instead of cooking at home.

This is English, and the guy from Brazil understands it better than you, apparently. Stop while you're ahead buddy. At least you're not as dumb as OP.
