The easy answer is that there's no easy answer. There is an immense supply of women, each with slightly different characteristics. Those that say all women are the same don't know how to keep a woman around, because you have to pay attention to those subtle characteristics in order to keep them engaged and feeling like you care. There are superficial similarities, of course, and appealing to them will go a long way in the beginning. But the hard truth of the matter is that most likely you won't find a soul mate that'll love you no matter what, you'll most likely find an average woman that, after the initial fling, will want close attention and lots of effort in order to stick around. If you want that long term relationship you have to roll up your sleeves and work at it, even if it's not the most perfect girl that you've been dreaming of. If you don't care about the long term all you need is charisma and presentation. Interesting conversation, well placed humor, a good look, and flirtatious body language will get you in the door with almost any female.

Keep in mind that if you get a woman to fall in love with you that you'll have massive influence over them. A lot of the times, they'll become more like you and more interested in the same things as you naturally over time.
