Best way to get away from being underweight is to eat foods that you've been lied to about and ones that have been conveniently forgotten.

• ruminant liver 1-2 times per week

• low fat seafood helps maintain trace minerals such as selenium

plenty of sugar from sources such as orange juice, milk, dates, and honey

• traditional ice cream that is made only of milk, egg yolks, sugar, and a flavoring such as cocoa powder or coffee

• collagen hydrosylate (processed gelatin) + taurine + creatine in milk as a protein shake

• strict avoidance of excessive polyunsaturated fat will help the weight go to the right places—muscle instead of fat.

• after gaining enough weight, moderating total fat intake is the way to avoid becoming overweight.

• eating ruminant flesh in general is an effective way to increase protein consumption.

• starches such as white rice and potatoes are fine Only the potatoes are nutritious by themselves. especially if you struggle to get extra calories

• stick to greens that you digest well (probably something like spinach) and cooking will aid digestion. Brassica can be more problematic.

• random vegetables in general are not necessary—especially when you eat liver—and they may only serve to fill your intestines with low calorie junk and fiber that feeds intestinal bacteria—not you—and lower appetite for foods that will help you put on muscle

• a carrot or two a day is fine though

• get plenty of salt. Iodized salt can be problematic though—especially when you get enough iodine from seafood and milk.

Identifying why you're a hungry skel is the key to not being one:

>too lazy to make food

Prepare your food in advance. Keep meals simple. Work in calorie-dense foods where possible. Consider "set it and forget it" appliances like rice cookers, pressure cookers, crock pots, etc.

>get full easily

Eat your high-satiety foods (protein, fiber) last. Don't drink a lot of liquid until you're done eating.

>too poor

Shop smart. Don't buy anything that's assembled or heavily processed. Buy shelf-stable things in bulk. The old rice-and-beans diet never fails.

>conditioned not to eat a lot, feel guilty for eating a caloric surplus

There's no silver bullet to motivation; you just have to do it. Break habits that get in the way. Try to stick to a fixed time if possible. If it's serious (i.e. serious guilt/anxiety from eating), see a shrink.

Or, you know, just eat more calories than you burn. This isn't rocket science and you don't need to shill your meme diet in every single thread. It's getting old.

>This isn't rocket science

No need to pretend diet is a simple matter for people in general. If it were, there wouldn't be so many seeking help.

>you don't need to shill your meme diet in every single thread.

Is your lack of control over the forum of discussion a source of anguish for you?

Are you sure?

The Bean Syndrome

>The effects of bean toxin, and other plant toxins (e.g., pokeberry) overlap in several ways with viral infection and autoimmune disease. PHA causes, for example, the appearance of large mononuclear cells in the blood, the suppression of DNA synthesis in thymic cells, a slight leucopenia, and hepatic necrosis. Extracts of lentils, broad beans, and fenugreek (used in curry) are as active as PHA, and extracts of common peas, chick peas, lupinus, and soy beans also have some activity. The effects of a single exposure (such as eating a pokeberry) can remain microscopically visible for two weeks. (1)

>Beans and lentils happen to be powerful anti-thyroid agents, so it isn't surprising to see indications of decreased aerobic capacity, resulting from decreased peak oxygen consumption (5) in association with the chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), if that syndrome is caused by chronic exposure to dietary legumes.

>The Epstein-Barr virus, which is believed(*) to cause Burkitt's lymphoma and infectious mononucleosis, has often been proposed as a cause of the chronic fatigue syndrome. R.J.V. Pulvertaft (8) found "a close similarity between Burkitt cells and human lymphocytes stimulated by bean extract." He concluded that "…the possibility of a relation between Burkitt's lymphoma and a diet of beans should not be neglected," though he emphasized that other factors must be considered, since most people who eat beans don't develop the disease. The intestinal parasites which are common in tropical Africa can cause inflammation of the bowel, leading to the absorption of large amounts of antigens.

>Have day where I pig out on food and go outside to do calisthenics at park

>think I'm going to make it this time

>think in my head over and over about how I'll do this every single day

>tomorrow

>wake up at 2 pm

>spend 12 hours playing vidya/watching porn

>forget to eat anything in this time

>eat late night chicken dinner with a glass of milk

>have another wank and go to bed

>cry myself to sleep
