I drank half of it the first day, always added a bit of water, because it was like cement in the beginning.

The second day I drank the rest in the morning and it gave me some slight stomach aches.

Didn't eat anything else that day, I pushed my calorie limit anyway.

If I'd do it again, I would remove the almond flour and protein powder and reduce the fruits to 300-350g, excluding an almost blackish banana, which is to sweeten it.

And less nuts, 100g should suffice. I'd drop the oatmeal, because I am not bulking.

Maybe I am going to be able to push for 1 whole kg of quark the next shake. That would be sweet.

Does anyone have any opinion on those Odwalla and Naked smoothies and drinks? They're brimming with sugary carbs but I'll be god damned if they aren't tasty, some have cups of vegetables blended in and still taste like the apples and berries that are jammed into it as well. And the pulp is almost non existent.

Do they make for a good smoothie ingredient? I'm too old school.
