I drank half of it the first day, always added a bit of water, because it was like cement in the beginning.
The second day I drank the rest in the morning and it gave me some slight stomach aches.
Didn't eat anything else that day, I pushed my calorie limit anyway.
If I'd do it again, I would remove the almond flour and protein powder and reduce the fruits to 300-350g, excluding an almost blackish banana, which is to sweeten it.
And less nuts, 100g should suffice. I'd drop the oatmeal, because I am not bulking.
Maybe I am going to be able to push for 1 whole kg of quark the next shake. That would be sweet.
