Hey /fit/ I gotta admit something.
Whenever I go pissing, I put a bit of toilet paper in my underwear. It just annoyed me to no end that I never get all the piss out and I hate even the slighest wet spot in my underwear and I don't like how dirty they get.
What do I do? I recently started working out again after one year abstinence.
Would kegel excersice help? Am I uniquely underdeveloped in terms of muscles down there?
Idk, maybe I should squat and hipthrust a bit after pissing, that always gets a bit more out.
