Just to get the discussion going, a few ideas I had:

- walk around in a mall or gym with a sign advertising free foot massages

If you know any female users on any websites that allow upvoting of content/comments/whatever, upvote everything she has, just on the grounds of her being female. Downvote and report as spam any comment that takes issue with something she's done, even if it's a totally valid complaint.
