What do you guys think of this site?

I remember running into it in highschool back when myspace was a thing.

Is it a good criticism of the stagnation of the music scene fashion or is it just claiming cliches that are part of the music scene, that some haven't changed since the 50's such as http://www.dobi.nu/yourscenesucks/skinhead/scene.jpg

i know nothing is truly original, but how can you dress anything without copying someone…

Personally i dressed like the above in high school and despite the scene being about resourcefulness and a do it yourself ethic, the shows were full of a lot of black jeans, or leather jackets with patches.

I went to a bane show and didn't see anyone dressed like this but heard people talking about how uniform this is.

I guess my main question is, is fashion originality important in music scene? is this highschool tier? Did you ever know anyone you 'copied' fashion wise?

I'm curious about all your opinions on this, do you think it's every it brainwashing tier to dress like any scene and all scenes show just wear the band merchandise with no fashion?

I think you're reading too much into it

I'd say fashion is memetic, different genres attract different people, groups form and those groups develop their "memes" it can be in the form of fashion or in some other shape.
