How did determine where you leg meets your ankle? All videos on this are either really subjective or just say to the floor. Where do you measure to if you don't want your pants to break as little as possible?

I would say it depends where you want the bottom of the pant to touch, and dependent on the shoe you're wearing. Put on a pair of shoes, measure your inseam from crotch to where you want the pant leg to end, it's really simple. I'm not sure how you didn't put this together honestly

I'm very new at this. I needed to find out that one size doesn't fit all pants because some are tighter than others, so each pants is a unique case.
