make or buy a tailor made custom?
cant say i know where the shirt is made but i can say you can easily hand a shirt into a print shop and get the text printed onto it

It's a Junya Watanabe. I don't know where you could get it but unless you have a few hundred to blow on the shirt you aren't going to get an authentic one. I would advise having one made for you, it would be much, much cheaper.
