How can a 15 year old wear three piece suit casually?
Last time I wore a colorless white long sleeve shirt, going for a type of 19th century late 18th century type look, and wore a long black overcoat with the handkerchief, formal black trousers and black shoes.
I really enjoy that type of fashion, it was mostly inspired by pictures of Marx, Trotsky and Early Stalin whom I study extensively in my subject of history and politics. I like to identify with them, as a Marxist. I wore it to college, and People kept asking me why I was so dressed up as if I was mourning or attending a wedding, one person even insulted me. I thought I looked good. I considered it casual, but that was my perspective. How can fit in with a general and common environment dressed in this way?
I'm planning on a waste coat, black blazer and white shirt with formal black trousers and formal black shoes. How can I successfully pull this off without looking out of touch or too over done?
I often feel uncomfortable when people consider it outside the ordinary clothing that you see in college or elsewhere.
Any help and advice?

Perhaps if you want a compromise of dressing formally but looking sharp you should go for a smart/casual business look. You'll look like your serious and mean business but not as formal as the blazer/waste coat look.
