Why am I afraid of being "known"? I hate sharing my dreams, my likes, my dislikes, etc all because they exist for a person to construct an idea of who I am. I'm obsessed with staying out of the spotlight.
I made the mistake of sharing one of my serious personal aspirations to try and break the mold but not only did nobody give a single fuck it only served to make me very uncomfortable. Thankfully the power of time is on my side so they'll forget about that completely.
And yes, of course I realize complaining about this ironically puts me out into the world in a way but you'll forget about this too. In 1,000 years down the line nobody will be sure any of this ever happened anyway.

the trick is to not give a fuck what other people think, or at least project that confidently enough. if you make enough of an impression the weak sheep humans will either cave to their own insecurities and think your right/better (even if they dont understand) or just resent you in silence.

You maybe make assumption that other people don't have something to say so they could be ridiculed for it. They will tease you for something you say but remain detached and quiet when it comes to them. Or they are part of some circlejerk and cover each other while making fun of you.
