If your urge to kill yourself comes from lifestyle of effectively wasting whole day, maybe all you have to do is doing even something useless and small; and then appreciate yourself for it. We all have those days. Do some bullshit like work out for a while or clean a bit some mess, cook something, or learn something new, or go for nightwalk, so when you go to bed you can lie to yourself about how this day wasn't total 100% waste. It helps a bit.
If you are looking for lifestyle ideas/personal philosophies in "universal" sense, then it's way harder. You then don't need anything else than carrot on a stick, that's how men work. It might be literally anything and it's not so easy to find. Even if you have it, you will question importance of that "carrot", you will often question yourself, reasons why you even try, etc. Change of mentality is something you will have to go through if you want to try not to kys urself.
Sorry but I can't lifecoach you, plant to your head my philosophy or ideas which you might find useless. In other words, I can't tell you "here is philosophy, your problems are solved now" because you are very likely completely different person with different sets of priorities.
>What does your average day look like?
Nothing extra, as I said, I'm trying to do at least something I consider to be worth doing with exception of classic work obligations. Sometimes, especially through weekend, I don't do anything so I tell to myself it's okay to waste time here and there.
>How does your mindset influence the way you live?
If I wouldn't be so stubborn I wouldn't be here in this world.
