becoming fit for me is most likely never going to fully happen (fat and old) but i do lift at the gym, and those days i definitely feel better. testosterone is good for a man's mind in my experience. diet is important too, but im not great about that.
yes, you should try to lift, exercise, stretch, and eat clean. no drugs drinking etc.
tbh, i will probably drink occasionally because if i dont i will have no happiness in my life. getting drunk on a group chat is my only good time anymore.
