I'll travel many fantasy worlds. I'll use my twister of minds ability to force the mortal creatures of those worlds to let me touch them. When I've touched a huge number of creatures, I'll settle in one of those fantasy worlds as the demon lord!
Natural philosopher allows me to create any creature that I've touched. I'll have slimes, orcs, goblins, trolls, minotaurs, dragons, succubi, witches, kitsune, and all kinds of other creatures in my dungeon. I'll produce plants and livestock animals to feed my creatures. The natural philosopher ability also lets me create any material that I've touched. I'll use this to make my dungeon out of the hardest material in the omniverse. I'll create valuable materials and scatter them throughout my dungeon in chests to entice adventurers.
The first few levels of the dungeon will be populated by weak monsters. The deeper levels will be populated by stronger monsters. I'll rig the dungeon with a system of cameras so that I can enjoy the show as greedy adventurers get massacred and defeated. If an artifex comes to crash the party they'll have to traverse my dungeon to get to me. So, I'll see them coming. If I see that the hostile artifex is making too much progress I'll use my traveler ability to escape long before they make it to my throne room.
The form-changer ability lets me look the part of a demon lord. My magic-absorbant improbable armor will make me very hard to kill. The twister of minds ability lets me give my minions commands that they cannot disobey. I will order them all to stay in the dungeon and defend the dungeon with their lives. The medicus ability will let me heal myself and make my more important minions ageless. If I wish to escape the universe with my more important minions, I can use the form-changer ability to transform my minions into inanimate objects. As inanimate objects they can enter "fatal" portals without dying. When they arrive on the other side I'll undo the transformation.

This is my comfy solution. I picked the slayer, but I have no intention of going highlander on anybody. Choosing the slayer seems like the best way to avoid other Artifex, since it makes me aware of any Artifex that are approaching me. It will give me the forewarning that I need to quickly flee into my sanctuary and pop into another universe to escape. As a natural philosopher I can create food, water, and currency to live comfortably wherever I go. As a medicus I can heal myself and my companions and keep my companions eternally youthful. My disguised armor will not stand out at all - it will look like normal clothes, but the hungry property of that armor will make me immune to normal bullets and swords.
Form changer is both useful and fun. If I need to fly I can transform into a winged creature. If I need to breathe underwater I can tranform into an aquatic creature. I can change my appearance to blend into a native population. I can ruin the career of a corrupt politician by transforming into them and making a fool of myself on video. I could transform into an angel and heal everybody in a hospital before vanishing into a magic portal. I could transform into a monster and spook people in a haunted house.

If I'm living a comfy life in a town somewhere the disguised property would let me appear to wear a different set of normal clothing each day. Also, when combined with the form changer title it will let me change both my form and my clothes in an instant to completely disguise myself. Without the disguised property I'd have to wear the same Artifex armor every single day, regardless of what form I took, or I'd have to go without my armor.
Granted, the disguised property won't help me if Voldemort randomly decides to attack a villager. I will have some form of protection against that, though. I don't think that the artifex artifacts are the only magical items in existence - they're just the best of the best. If I'm visiting a magical fantasy world I could buy whatever top of the line magical protection items they are selling. I'd look for subtle things like rings or amulets that could protect me from magic. Price is no issue for me, since I can create currency with my natural philosopher title. It won't be as good as artifex gear, but it's better than nothing.

A shield belt that puts up energy barriers that pull in blows and projectiles and always block blows to the belt itself. Kind of bulky and high-tech looking so it cannot be hidden easily, but easy to wear and weatherproof. Sadly the built-in music player only takes some ancient, unknown format. Makes cool sci-fi sounds when accessed/activated, but this isn't very good for stealth.
Form-changer allows me to become charming qt girls or magnificent beasts of burden and I can quickly fly anywhere in any form. Who wouldn't want a friend who can transform into a cute, fluffy monster to keep them warm and give them rides? It would be the best. I could do birthdays for kids even. In large forms the shield belt could be worn like a bracelet or ring.
In a fight I could move very fast between allies to protect them and drive away enemies. If that is not enough I could become a flying kraken that briefly becomes tangible to throw or crush an enemy with one of my tentacles. These ghostly tentacles would flail all around my enemies between strikes as a form of psychological warfare, driving them nuts. Alone I can become completely invincible and get away quickly.

Magic Absorbent Ultratech Shield Emitter Array, Wearable shield emitters 4 of them look like ornate ultratech bracelets which must be worn on each limb the 5th piece is the master emitter and acts as a control which is worn around the neck as an amulet. Only 1 emitter needs to be unbroken for the shield to work. This redundancy adds strength and control to the shield's field. If one didn't know any better they would think its just dazzling jewelry.
As apparent i don't intend to blend in completely in any society i visit. Taking the guise of a god or powerful being (on more skeptical worlds) and desire to be treated at least as well as the top class of society once i demonstrate a bit of my power.
A bit whimsical but i'm not evil, and not opposed to traveling/meeting with other Artifex as long as i don't run into any edgy Reapers who want to trap my soul for eternity. I could offer instant reincarnation if any Artifex dies near me.

I think the reason most reapers take the reaper ability is to steal more powers. If they kill you once they can take one power from you. If they kill you and take your soul, then they can place your soul in another body and 'reincarnate' you into that body, then they can kill you again to steal another power. They can repeat this to take all 5 of your powers very quickly.
Only the douchiest of douche-bags would hold onto the soul after that. Even then, I doubt it'd be forever though. Eventually the reaper will be killed. Could be a very long time though. Damn edgelords.

Massive versatility. With a human form I can get my way through attractiveness and charm, or move unnoticed. With animal forms I can fly, swim, burrow, or even become a literal fly on the wall. With Mythical forms I gain incredible combat powers, in spite of an Artifax being technically a higher level, most don't have the titles to match a Dragon in one on one. I wonder if I can transform into an attack helicopter?

Knowledge is pretty much the only goal here anyway. Being able to instantly understand new languages when exploring new worlds is a must too, spending a month around people who can't understand you is a recipe for disaster. With the ability to transfer knowledge I can make good use of my collected mortals as well.

The last one is always a tough choice. Unspeakable and Scourge are very appealing for their ability to transport mortals to other worlds, however, a mortal not in my Sanctuary will eventually die anyway, so this has limited usefulness and makes maintaining a crew a hardship. I think I'll instead focus on creating androids instead, which count as my possessions for the purpose of portals. If I can make them sapient I can also use Wisdom's knowledge transfer on them.

With the form changer ability you can do that anyway. Form changer lets you transform mortals into inanimate objects. Those objects can be taken through portals safely. When you're on the other side of the portal you undo the transformation.
