I hail from the Fomori Isles
I have a Private Patron (Library) who demands I supply them with the fangs of vampires for library time or favors offered. The number varies, but 2 fangs gets me a 2 days while favors tend to require 10+ fangs.

Description: About 6' 8" and unnaturally pale and thin. Black eyes, no pupil, and white hair, worn close shorn, no beard. Lanky, with a mouth full of razor sharp teeth and hands and feet with clawed nails. A large 13 pointed star is branded on the right cheek and ritual brandings and tattoos cover the whole of his body.
Backstory (and tie in), Vladmir, an elf from the fomori isles, received his name and first glimpse of the outside world when he was rescued from a cult dedicated to the worship of some nameless thing, supposedly hidden within a "Black Star", which would come to mortal world and reveal "Great Truths" if summoned.
Vlad or, as he was known then, The Chosen One, was the intended sacrifice to summon the being and the process was under way when Father Dolan and Evan Tengrove, along with a force of exceedingly well armed men arrived, and put the cult to the sword. Refusing to kill the then babe, the pair took him in and he was raised by Dolan and trained by both.
When first rescued, his skin was unmarked, but on his, supposed, 13th birthday, the star branded itself on his face, the tattoos formed, and his "ancestor" appeared. His ancestor is a spirit of the void (this covers the possession) that drives him to commit unspeakable acts that would strengthen him or grant him Elder Knowledge.
Unfortunately, as a 13 year old, he was far from ready to undergo such trials and he was captured by a vampire. Said vampire thought it would be amusing to get him addicted to its blood and then try to use Vladmir as a weapon against his rescuers. This failed miserably and Vladmir tortured and drained the vampire (procing sacrifice) of its powers.
As a consequence of his action, and his curse, the vampires allies came to kill him and Father Dolan had to rescue him again. Unfortunately, this was not in time to stop the vampires from cursing Vladmir. Not hunted by a revnant that will never sleep until he is slain (haunted), he is plagued with visions of the monster hunting him and his loved ones (insanity).
Desperate to slow the descent of his adopted child into insanity, Dolan formed a compact with an angel to possess him, slowing Vladmir's decline. Still, this, combined with the elfs now revealed Elder heritage means Vladmir's death or damnation is guaranteed.
Still, this has not stopped Vladmir from trying to do some good, what little he may do in a society that so hates and fears him, and Rhona is an example of that. While hunting vampires to feed his addiction, he rescued a small, shivering girl. Little did he know, the child herself had the potential to outstrip even his extreme skill.
Now, with his small family, Vladmir will purify the world with fire and steel, butchering all that is unclean in a one man crusade. And above all else, he plans to slay his own ancestors and defeat the Elder Things from which he comes. No matter the cost.
