The main and most successful way currently available involved using a weight set that slowly(like over a year or 2 with a proper regimen) stretches your penis skin until you have enough skin to cover the head of your penis. Then surgery if done to tighten the skin and a, artificial rigid band is implanted to help it cinch around the tip and stay closed like a natty penis. I say don't worry about it, anon. If he is just slightly dissatisfied by this because of aesthetic desires (no 'perfect feminine benis') then that's okay I guess but also just a fact of life.
