In my experience with porn, 90% of what is labeled "tiny" is just a guy around the lower end of average, like 4.5-5", which is only small when you're comparing it to porn-star 8". Of the remainder, literally all of it is obese men who probably have perfectly average dicks underneath that 3" thick pad of fat. Even from what I've seen of ACTUAL micropenis, it's almost always on a fat man. Maybe that's just because basically everyone is fat these days.
