Eat no more than 30-45 grams of carbs a day; eat 5 small meals spread out through the day
Drink only water, black coffee, tea
Get some daily moderate exercise (walk for half an hour to an hour every day if you are really out of it; start running once your legs are used to working)
The low carb thing really is the key to dropping shit quickly in my experience. The only catch is that you can't go back to a sedentary lifestyle of eating whatever you want because you'll gain it all back just as quick as you lost it.
