He has absolutely no case whatsoever. The only thing he could hope for would be to eat up Kraut's time and money, but he wouldn't get very far. He likely wouldn't even be able to present the case to the judge without getting shut down instantly.

The only connection I know of between them, is that they both defend Russia in debates and general conversations.
The whole idea of "coach coin" came because someone gave JF a $500 superchat for defending CRPs reputation, then the superchat I guess went to Kumite while they had him on? I don't have all the details on this. I don't think anyone can prove it was CRP either, so it lead to rumors. Who knows.
