Correct.

Again, it's just an SNI proxy server. It doesn't host shit. SNI proxies are the open resolver equivalents to private proxies, pretty sure anyone can route 443 traffic through it and you just pass the site you want to connect to through it as the SNI value.

Might as well connect to foxdick through it and see if I win autism.

Also, despite the claims of having moved off of Frantech servers, I have logs of the main foxdick domain resolving to a Frantech IP and could use Curl -h to verify it sometime in August.

I'll check later to see if that's still the case. But I've got my money on it still sitting there on a shared hosting box.
