That's not the case at all here, I know intellectual institutions fucking hate boys and men, but boys are just more likely to have autism, just like girls are more like to have, say lupus for instance, it's just how some things are. There are some theories but nothing confirmed. Plenty of diseases have an uneven distribution between sexes without any obvious explanation to it.
I work with autistic kids and I've diagnosed plenty of kids with autism and boys are just more likely to have autism. Maybe it's genetics, maybe it's hormones, no one knows for sure.
And about slapping the autism diagnosis on kids, that shit just doesn't happen like it did with ADD. It is true that when ADD was in vogue retards loved to over-diagnose it (and still do), for several reasons. lack of experience, incompetence, laziness, getting paid by pharmaceutical companies, etc. As for the getting paid by pharmaceutical companies thing, that's way less common from individual doctors than you'd imagine. they do try to make people use their drugs one way or another, usually with questionable tactics and information, but the way a lot of people talk about it is like there's some shadow society of doctors and big pharma agreeing on which disease to push to the general public to sell more pills during periods of time. The truth is much simpler than that… a lot more parents prefer to hear their kid has ADHD than hear that maybe he's just a little shit because of their bad parenting. I've been yelled at before by parents of kids who didn't fit any criteria for any disorder but their parents just wanted a pill to solve their problems. If you couple these incompetent parents with pussy doctors you get a lot of medicated kids that shouldn't be medicated. Hell, first approach when dealing with a case that really might be ADHD shouldn't even be to medicate the kid, it should be non-drug therapies, but again, these require effort from the parents, and a lot of them don't want to put in the effort. A lot of times when parents don't immediately get a prescription for their kids they'll find another doctor, a lazier or dumber or more corrupt one who'll just drug their kid.
Going back to a previous point, autism misdiagnosis happen way less than ADHD misdiagnosis because the diagnosis criteria for autism are much easier, clearer, and stricter than ADHD's, and also autism has a much bigger stigma than ADHD. A more rowdy kid could get diagnose with ADHD by some idiot but that is infinitely less likely with autism. What does happen quite often is kids that are straight up retarded getting diagnosed with autism. So the parents spend a period of time thinking their kid just has communication and repetitive behavior problems while in fact he's much dumber than they thought he was and won't get much better in the foreseeable future. Telling parents their 7 year old still can't speak and still shits himself because he's retarded and not autistic is always a great experience…

It's really fucking hard to work in mental health trying to do the right thing with all the shit the jews try to push and all the mistrust people have because of it. You get people who could benefit from some help but refuse the help because their problem was normalized by the media (like crazy trans people), people who don't need help but believe they do (like the parents of kids without ADHD I mentioned before), and people who do need help and even know they need help but are weary of getting it because of all the trash psychiatrists they've seen or heard of.
