Honestly, I think it's this. Jerry thinks himself high and mighty because he talks shit about MLP whenever there's a bad episode (he seriously thinks that the reason so many people hate him is because they don't agree with him on his stance on MLP episodes), yet in the incredibly rare scenarios when he goes into actual discussion with other people (see: the infamous derpibooru thread or the recent gamerghazi discussion thread re: Legend of Korra), he tends to get his ass handed to him, and then goes back to his circlejerk to claim that he won and that his enemies are Nazis/worse than Nazis.

Basically, talking about cartoons and tying them in to dumb political beliefs makes him feel smart, and he has thousands of fans willing to give him validation because his humor involves snarkiness. And no, that's not a joke.

That's a trick question, since if we give the authors credit in knowing what they're talking about, the author becomes the most knowledgeable.

3) "Day to day life is a constant exercise of your brain" is flawed because not everyone goes day to day exhausting themselves the same way. Downies don't work as an example. Some fucking MLP cartoon channel doesn't work as an example. Hell, some people are naturally intelligently gifted and don't flaunt or exercise intellect (don't even get me started on Software Engineers) - which is smarter, the kid who busts his ass off every night to get a B-, or the kid who everyone knows could get an A+, but just doesn't care?
