I don't follow their logic as a business nor an entertainment company.
What's the point of hiring expensive veterans to work on the scripts for the movie and tv series if they don't actually use any of the good scripts made by the veterans? do they enjoy wasting money and pissing off people more successful than them?
If you wanted drooling mindless lackeys which don't cost much money then why didn't they hire such typemonkeys? why hire serious expensive talent only to piss them the hell off ? Without exaggeration, they hire experts to have them look at this 1 executive to make fun of them and boast what hot shit he is despite being a talentless retard who hates his own franchise.
