HB is running a Dredd collection, but I'm not about to give those faggots money. I've read Origins and one of the Casefiles books and liked them both. What would you recommend I read next?

Just stick to the case files. They collect all the 2000AD stuff in chronological order. You may want to skip first volume, maybe second too, if you don't like old cheasy stuff.

Also avoid IDWs Dredd. It's shit.

The Pit is a good one. A lot of people recommend The Cursed Earth, but that's set in, well, The Cursed Earth, and not in Mega City One, which is a character in itself.

If you do want to read it, casefiles 3 or 4 contains both the Cursed Earth and subsequent The Day the Law Died epics, though some Cursed Earth chapters are missing due to (actually nonexistent) legal threats from certain copyright holders. A more recent Cursed Earth book has restored those chapters.

Thanks, I'll hit up some more Casefiles.
