My biggest issue with Prime is that it constantly made interesting plot threads but always resolves them in the most boring and anti-climactic way possible e.g. Smokescreen being the next leader, Breakdown's relationship with Bulkhead, Dreadwing being a good guy, Optimus' amnesia, Silas being turned into a Transformer, Bulkhead getting injured.

Miko was the ONLY shit character, and only in the first season. Her character development into the later seasons made her a lot more tolerable… dare I say it, even likeable.
Jack is an uncanny balance between bland and relatable, but like Miko, gets significantly better as he grows in the series.
Raf is always the best. Not Sari Sumdac levels of fucking awesome, but still a very good human character.
