I don't have a huge nostalgia boner for The Dark Crystal or anything but I always thought the detail in the sets and puppets was amazing. Considering picking up a like-new set locally but not sure if they're worth the price. I think it's all Sana Takeda versions of the covers? Anybody got these?

Don't know a thing about the comics, but I got through about 5 minutes of the movie narrator blabbing the story to the audience before I shut off and threw it out. This us why you show, don't tell.

I'd be happy to storytime the first one if I end up buying them this Friday. I think they're over priced though. I guess when you go local shop versus eBay you gotta expect that.
