There was a cartoon that aired somewhere in the mid/late 90s to the early 2000s (could have been a rerun). There's an episode where a girl and her rival are in some contest so the rival tashes the girl's special dress. Her friends improvise something new for her and her reaction is something like "It's that or my underwear" (even though she was wearing the same thing she always wore when she said this). I thought it might be Detention, but I've since found the episodes and that wasn't it.

Im finding an old soviet animation about a horse/pony working on a zoo by pulling a carriage full of children, while goingon circles. Im not slav, so I cant find it again on youtube.

I've been trying to find a cartoon from the 70s I think, had two young kids and their dog.

Their father is a scientist or something, and they get a hold of some invisibility pills and use them to scare a couple of burglars. It didn't have any dialogue; the characters just made noises.
