What are your thoughts on this?

I've been going through some old marvel events, Earth X (Pretty good), Paradise X, Fear itself (eh), and this one.

I'm not sure what to make of it. I enjoyed it as a stand alone issue but I guess i'd probably dislike it if i read a bit more marvel comics.

Premise is Uatu the watcher gets shot in the head and dies. Nick Fury calls Avengers to figure out who dunnit. Starts out kind of interesting but as it goes on it gets dumber as you learn more. Eventually it hits peak stupidity with something that will change the status quo forever usually in these events status quo reverts back to normal at the end. Basically, it's a lot like Marvel's other event titles, disappointing.

If a comic isn't particularly (in)famous it's fair to assume most people aren't familiar with it. Therefore it's pretty hard to discuss most comics because the sea of mediocrity makes decent things seem obscure. Also I'm guessing mods are paranoid about comic makers trying to make threads for publicity or something.

Have you checked the global ban list? One of his reasons was saying "8 people" is not a lot, especially on a holiday. honestly im surprised the list is actually working, felt like years went on without that thing working.
