In Italy we got translated a lot of French cartoons, these are the ones I remember the most and that haven't already been suggested
>Dragon Hunters
Two dudes hunting dragons, great pacing and the dragon designs are quite interesting.
>Martin Mystery
A paranormal detective story with some comedic elements, it is loosely based on the comic Martin Mystere, but the characters are younger, the setting is a bit different and overall it's lighter in tone
>Argai
As far as I remember it was a decent story in a high fantasy setting with time travel elements, hero must save the princess whose life energy has been stolen by the evil enchantress. The BIG problem: the characters are anthropomorphic, this cartoon is probably to blame for creating some furries in Italy
>Fantomette
The story of a superheroine fighting a mysterious and influential masked villain, generally good, but as far as I recall it didn't ever get a proper ending. There isn't an English wiki page for this one so it probably hasn't been translated
>Oggy and the cockroaches - Zig & Sharko
Simple and fun cartoons with no voices, the humour is obviously mostly slapstick, one is about a cat dealing with annoying cockroaches and the other is about a hyena trying to steal and eat a mermaid from her shark bodyguard
>Papa Beaver's Storytime
A beaver that tells stories to his sons, similar to Les contes de la rue Broca
>Once upon a time…
An educational cartoon about various topics, here in Italy almost everyone remembers the series about the human body, let's say it was almost a predecessor to the anime Cells at Work
>Moby Dick and the secret of Mu
This was quite interesting, it was sort of a mixing pot, there's the mythos of Mu and other civilizations, Moby Dick as one of the protagonist's helper and Ackab as the villain, don't think it ever got an English release
>Cédric
The daily life of mischievous boy, don't remember much else
>Galactik Football
Worth of mention because I don't like football much but this was still a bit entertaining, it's football in a sci-fi setting with some adventure here and there
